Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations Policy
Eligible Returns At Verjet Inc
We stand behind our products with Return Periods determined by our Verjet Vendors. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item that is Eligible for Return. An eligible item is without custom engraving, is in its original condition, and is shipped to the Vendor within the Vendor’s Return Period. The return period begins at the date of delivery. A Retailer can receive a full refund on products that are Eligible for Return.
Items Not Eligible For Return
Verjet will not accept returns for any of the following:
- Customized products
- Items that have been used or are in less than perfect condition
- Other items determined by Verjet in sole discretion
We reserve the right to deny returns improperly packaged, uninsured, or shipped after the return period. Failure to return the original diamond certificate (when applicable) will void your return. The Vendor will review all returned items for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, or resizing that occurred after the item was shipped to the Retailer. If Verjet Inc. determines that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return. If an item is accepted for return (or an order is cancelled), Verjet Inc. will issue a full refund within 5-10 business days. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account. Custom items such as custom rings, jewelry, or other special orders cannot be returned or cancelled. Additionally, design deposits, custom head fees, customized fees, and engraving fees, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Verjet reserves the right to charge your account in the event of any missing or damaged items in your returned products.
Verjet Inc is not responsible for the loss of or damage to shipments during the return process. To help us process your return properly and prevent future charges, you must adhere to our return instructions as outlined below, otherwise, we reseve the right to deny your return.
- Ship the Eligible for Return product(s) within the Return Period, otherwise, you may not qualify for a refund.
- Insure the package for the price on the invoice
- You are responsible for providing Verjet with tracking and estimated delivery date through the “Shipping & Tracking” button on the “Orders” page
- Ship the product(s) to the address specified in your Return Instructions
- Do not write any word associated with Jewelry or Diamonds on the label
- Request a return receipt from the carrier to confirm delivery of your shipment to the Vendor
You may request to cancel an order anytime before the order has shipped. Cancellation requests should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged Or Missing Items
If you, a Retailer, receive a product that is not in good condition, damaged, or the shipment is missing products, you are responsible for initiating a return or contacting Verjet within the Vendor’s return period. You agree that if you do not report the issue or initiate a return, the product will be deemed delivered and in good condition. You agree to provide any requested information, such as accurate photographs and videos of all damaged items. If you interact with a Vendor off of Verjet’s Marketplace platform, you agree that Verjet will not be responsible for consequent activities resulting from the interaction or associated with the order. Verjet reserves the right to accept or reject any issue filed by a Retailer in its sole discretion. Additionally, Verjet may charge a Retailer’s on-file payment method, including if Verjet speculates fraudulent activity. Any decision Verjet makes whether to accept a damaged or missing claim is final.
